Firstly, you’re welcome

Everyone is welcome at Coastal Psychology and Wellness.

We’ve invested much time and energy into ensuring a comfortable, safe and open-hearted space for you to be your authentic self.

When you begin your healing journey through psychology, it can feel uncomfortable. Our job is to create an environment where you can open up and share so that we can get to the root of your trauma, and begin to understand your early life experiences. Come in, make yourself at home (and a cup of tea) and spend time in our supportive, nurturing Coastal hub.

Psychology means truly understanding the nature of a person’s experience and helping them to understand their problem through a new lens. This allows the individual to change the way they view problems in their life, enabling them to have a different emotional experience and to learn a different way of coping.
